How do I book the villa?

Check the availability calendar on the homepage, then send an enquiry with your dates through the Book Now form. We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a confirmed quote and payment details.

How do I check in?

The villa has a keypad entry. A few days before arrival we email you the door code, the gate details for The Manor at West Haven, and directions from the airport. There is no key collection and no queue — you can head straight to the house.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If the calendar is clear either side of your stay we can often be flexible — just ask when you book.

Is pool heating included?

Pool heating is optional and charged per day — the current rate is shown in the Booking extras panel on the homepage and in your quote when you enquire. The heater runs on an automatic timer, so the water is ready when you are. Most guests add heating between November and April.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, a one-off cleaning fee is added to every booking and is shown in your estimate before you confirm. The villa is professionally cleaned and linen is fresh for every arrival.

Is a security deposit required?

A refundable security deposit is required and is included in your quoted total. It is returned in full after check-out, following a satisfactory check by the management team.

The villa sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, including two master suites, with 3 full bathrooms.

Do you provide a welcome pack?

Towels, bed linen and a starter supply of essentials (toilet roll, soap, dishwasher tablets) are provided. Publix and Walmart are a few minutes away in Champions Gate for your main shop.

Yes — free parking on the private driveway. There is no charge and no permit needed.

How far is Disney?

Walt Disney World is roughly 12 minutes by car. Interstate 4 is 3 miles away, putting Universal, SeaWorld and the outlets within easy reach.

Yes. The Manor at West Haven is a quiet, gated residential community with its own community pool and cable TV included in the HOA.
